Medicare Workshop Saturday Feb 5

Are you interested in learning about the different parts of Medicare? The Sachse Public Library is hosting a free Medicare Basics Workshop on Saturday, February 5 at 10:30 a.m.

Attendees will learn about Medicare eligibility, election periods, enrollment penalties, the differences between original Medicare and Medicare Advantage (Part C), prescription Drug (Part D), and the donut hole. Pre-registration is not required for this free in-person event.

Paws to Read with Greta Feb 8 & 22

Young readers can visit the Sachse Public Library to read with Greta, the reading therapy dog on Tuesday, February 8 and Tuesday, February 22 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Reading with a therapy dog can be a great way for children to gain confidence in their ability to read out-loud to others. You won't want to miss meeting Greta and her owner, Ms. Karen!
