Lunch Donation For City Employees

City of Sachse employees enjoyed a fabulous lunch this week. It was donated anonymously and really served to lift spirits of dedicated staff members at City Hall and from in the field. It is a joy to work for the residents of Sachse everyday, but especially during these difficult times. Thank you!

We All Count at Census Time

If you are filling out the census for your home, then count everyone who is living there as of April 1. This includes anyone - related or unrelated to you - who lives and sleeps at your home most of the time.

Please be sure to count roommates, young children, newborns and anyone who is renting a space in your home. If someone was staying in your home on April 1 and has no usual home elsewhere, you should count them in your response to the
2020 Census.

Please count everyone living in your home. Where there are more people, there are more needs. An accurate count helps secure funding for hospitals, fire departments, schools and roads in Sachse for the next TEN years.

The Texas 211 Information Line Provides Current COVID-19 Support

211 Texas activated a COVID-19 option. Specialists across Texas are available 24/7 to answer the most frequently asked, nonmedical, questions based on material provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
