The City's water meter replacements/upgrades to a fixed automatic meter reading system is nearing completion. A customer portal will be available later this year to allow citizens to have access and be in control of their watering habits.  This free service will allow customers to set thresholds and receive alerts based on unusual watering patterns and constant water flow over multiple hours to assist with leak discovery.
