Highway 78 is closed down to two lanes heading northbound toward Wylie. The neck-down begins just north of Williford and extends into Wylie. It will be closed Wednesday night and Thursday night while road repairs are made, but will be re-opened before 6:00 a.m. on Thursday and Friday morning.
