Sachse Fire and Rescue is hosting a free car seat inspection event on Friday, December 10, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This event is the final step for fire personnel from Sachse, as well as neighboring cities, to complete their Car Seat Safety Technician training.

If you know of anyone with children age 8 or younger, who might be interested in a free car seat safety inspection, please share this event with them. SFR will provide a school excuse to caregivers, so they can return their kids back to school after their car seat appointment. Caregivers can have their child evaluated to see if they are in need of a different car seat/booster seat, or how to safely secure their child. They will also show the caregiver how to properly install their car seat/booster seat.
