[ARCHIVED] Drip Adjustment Approved By City Council

Sachse Drip Adjustment

The City of Sachse is offering a one time residential water bill adjustment to offset the costs related to dripping faucets during the winter storm. We understand the increase in water consumption was unavoidable. Residential customers will not be billed volume charges for the first 2,000 gallons of water used, which usually costs $9.80. If you or someone you know is struggling to pay your utility bill, please contact Utility Billing before your bill is due.

In order to better serve our residents, it's imperative to keep your contact information updated. Please confirm your current phone number and email address with us at 469-429-4763 or by emailing Be sure to include either your street address or your customer account number. Thanks Sachse!
