Sachse, TX – Dec. 6, 2019 – On Monday, Dec. 2, the Sachse City Council approved a series of zoning modifications that will allow for the development of a privately-funded, 32-bed acute care hospital along the President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) corridor.
The development will be funded with tax-exempt, privately placed financing, solely payable and secured by Trinity Regional Hospital Sachse. This financing structure does not obligate the City of Sachse, nor its taxpayers.
The 80,000 square-foot hospital will be developed on approximately 19 acres, located at 4825 PGBT. The planned facility is expected to bring more than 280 new jobs to the city. The estimated value of the facility is $81,000,000.
