Summer Reading Program:
This summer we are challenging children, teens, and adults to read 20 hours in 6 weeks. All those who complete the challenge will receive coupons from various businesses and their name put in a drawing for cool prizes. Sign up at our awesome kick-off party on June 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or any time after to participate in the challenge. Everyone is invited to our programs whether you are tracking your reading or not!

Be one of the first to register for Summer Reading Club's 20 Hour Challenge and jump-start a summer of fun with face painting, a bounce house, a balloon artist, mini-train rides, a Sachse Police Car, a Sachse Fire Truck, an Allied Waste Recycle Truck, and a Tractor.
Help us finish our 5,000 Item Food Drive for 5 Loaves Pantry by bringing boxes of Mac & Cheese to add to the Texas sized structure we will create from donated cans and boxed foods in the Children's Area.

Take Flight with Raptors

The Blackland Prairie Raptor Center will show different species of birds or prey so we can learn how these amazing raptors have adapted to hunting in woodlands, wetlands, and prairies.
