High Point Councilman Cullen King was elected in May 2008 to serve in Place 3. He has served on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission and is a member of the Sachse Chamber of Commerce, the Fallfest Planning Committee, Friends of the Library, the Sachse Community Emergency Response Team and a graduate of the Sachse Citizens Police Academy. He also served on the Charter Review Commission and the Bond Committee. Councilman King serves as the Council liaison to the Library Board and Wylie Independent School District. Mr. King is a Technical Support Manager. He and his family have lived in Sachse since 2003.
