Elected in November 2007 to serve the unexpired term in Place

Councilman
Adams ran unopposed in the May 2008 election. He was serving
in his second
term on the City's Parks and Recreation Commission prior to
his election.
Councilman
Adams is the Council's liaison to the
Planning & Zoning Commission, serves on the Economic
Development
Corporation Board of Directors, the Sachse representative to the
Regional
Transportation
Council, and the co-liaison to the North Texas Tollway
Authority.
He is a member of the Sachse Lion's Club, the Community
Emergency Response Team and a graduate of the Citizens Police
Academy. Mr. Adams is in the specialty packaging sales field. He and
his wife have lived
in Sachse since 2003.
