A pothole on my street/alley was repaired with asphalt. Why wasn't it repaired with concrete?
When residents report potholes, the Street Department will investigate and determine the extent of the problem. If it requires immediate attention, or can be improved with asphalt, a temporary asphalt repair will be made. Concrete repairs are made after evaluating and prioritizing problem areas.
