Water Billing Concerns

The City is aware that residents may have concerns about water bills and the new metering infrastructure. Often times, activities in the summer months leads to historically higher water consumption levels. The benefit of the new meters is that they allow for a deep-dive on consumption and can pin-point, within the hour, when highest consumption levels are occurring.


We understand that you may have questions about you bills. If you do, we encourage you to contact the City directly for more information. A staff representative can walk residents through consumption patterns and even generate reports on usage. If you have questions about your account, please email waterbillingquestions@cityofsachse.com with your name, address, and preferred contact information.  Delivery of your personalized consumption is expected to occur within 1-2 weeks based on normal work flow.  We appreciate your patience.
