[ARCHIVED] Verizon Wireless Calls

The City has engaged with Spectrum and Verizon Wireless technical support to assist with the issue of callers being unable to hear City employees when calling the  City. The issue only affects inbound calls for users that have Verizon Wireless service. All other providers have been tested successfully. 911 services are NOT affected by this issue.
