HB 2626, passed during the 88th session of legislature, requires that political contribution and expenditure reports for candidates, officeholders, and specific-purpose committee filed with the political subdivision must be made available on the subdivision's website no later than the 10th day after receiving the report. This bill went into effect on September 1, 2023.
